Villa Madeira is a Gulf Front property with large screened balconies. Expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico. So close to the water you'll hear the waves crash. Unit #610 features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The condo has been renovated from top to bottom to ensure the comfort of your stay. Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring throughout, ceiling fans in every room, comfortable furniture, large master bathroom ensuite, and much more. The master bedroom has a king size bed and offers balcony access and a private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and the third bedroom has bunk beds. Full size washer and dryer right inside the condo. The kitchen has been remodeled with top of the line fixtures, countertops, and is well stocked for family meals. With over 1100 sq. ft., you'll have plenty of room for everyone.
One assigned, covered, parking spaces is provided. The property features a beach front pool and paver deck. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer a secured lobby, elevator access to each floor, and assigned parking plus visitor parking. Just 1 mile North of John’s Pass Historic Fishing Village, you’ll be enjoying all the restaurants and shops in no time. Madeira Beach is a small beach community located within a short drive to two of the highest rated beaches in Florida: St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach.

This was our first trip to Madeira Beach. This property was as described. It was recently renovated. Although we didn't use a lot of it, the kitchen was well stocked. The view was fantastic. We enjoyed that the beach was private, and, therefore not crowded. The building was quiet. There are plenty of good restaurants, including a great cafe and a beach bar, within walking distance or a short drive. It is close to John's Pass. The check-in/check-out process was easy. I would highly recommend this property!

It was a great week. The location was awesome. Overlooking the sandy beach and ocean! We loved how much was within walking distance. The condo was clean and well maintained. The king bed was very comfortable. We would enjoy coming back to the same condo again!
