Villa Madeira is a Gulf Front property with large screened balconies. Expansive view of the Gulf of Mexico. So close to the water you'll hear the waves crash. With over 1100 sq. ft., you'll have plenty of room for everyone. One assigned, covered, parking spaces is provided. The property features a beach front pool and paver deck. The grounds are impeccably maintained and offer a secured lobby, elevator access to each floor, and assigned parking plus visitor parking. Just 1 mile North of John’s Pass Historic Fishing Village, you’ll be enjoying all the restaurants and shops in no time. Madeira Beach is a small beach community located within a short drive to two of the highest rated beaches in Florida: St. Pete Beach and Clearwater Beach.
