Madeira Bay Resort #604 is a three bedroom, two bathroom condo with two private balconies. Views of marina, sunrises, waterway and islands. The master bedroom has a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and the third has 2 twin size beds. Sleeper sofa in the living room. Amenities include a full kitchen, washer and dryer in unit, and free Wi-Fi. This condo is pet friendly with restrictions ($150 non refundable pet fee). One parking pass provided.
Madeira Bay Resort is a few short blocks from John's Pass Village and Boardwalk offering waterfront dining, shopping and water sport rentals. Very easy access to the beach, which located just across the street. The property offers a heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fitness room and 24/7 front desk reception.

The unit itself accommodated all eight of us comfortably also clean large kitchen with everything you need. Located near food and entertainment Most importantly across the street from the beach. I will definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my experience with TRS at the condo. There were a few plumbing issues which were addressed and fixed immediately. The floors were all redone since our last stay and looked great. Even new drap accessories were added.
The 24/7 desk service is great and the staff is always very helpful. We look forward to coming back year after year.

Overall the vacation was good. Location is perfect. Right across from a beautiful beach. It's close to John's Pass and walking distance to many restaurants. Being on the 6th floor in the back of the building we were able to enjoy beautiful sunrises from our balcony and also enjoyed watching the dolphins and manatees. The staff at the front desk were very helpful with any questions we had. Also we needed the plumber a couple of times and he was very prompt and efficient.
