Such a wonderful place to stay that is close to everything. Grounds and pool are very kept up and the beach is beautiful and so clean that is only steps away from The elevator! Very nice place at St. Pete Beach! I hope to be a repeat guest for many years to come!

Our experience, overall, was very good. The property is kept very clean and well maintained. Being so close to the beach is a definite plus. Having a washer/dryer available in the unit was great! The king bed was very comfortable. Having a balcony with a view of the Gulf was very nice. Suggestions: Do away with the VCR and stereo system, everyone brings their own devices now. Having more usb outlets throughout the unit would be helpful Update the balcony furniture. There are too many pieces for the small balcony.

Very friendly staff, right on the beach and SO incredibly clean! The nostalgic look of the apartment, from the VCR/VHS tapes to the pink bathroom vanities, added character to our stay. There were many little extras that made us feel welcome: beach chairs & pool items to borrow, well-stocked kitchen, comfortable bed, soft towels and a great shower. We will definitely return!

This was our first experience at a beach condo, and we were very pleased with the accommodations. Comfortable furniture, a well-equipped kitchen, and easy access to the beach made for a relaxing vacation. A number of restaurants are within walking distance: I highly recommend Monarca's Mexican restaurant right across the street which served the best Mexican food I've ever had!

First time vacationing in the St. Petersburg area. Stayed in Condo #406 for a week. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay at the beach! Quiet. Very clean. Nice to have beach chairs there for our use too. The location was perfect! Beach, right there. Lots of places to see and do within walking distance or within a short drive. The check-in / check-out process was painless. David was great to work with. The office staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend staying here to anyone. We will be back.
