Chateaux is a Gulf Front property located directly on the beach of Indian Shores. Heated pool available for year round use. Unit #207 has a large balcony with a direct view of the Gulf of Mexico. The master bedroom has two double beds. The kitchen has been updated with wood cabinets and granite countertops. The condo is lacking updates in other areas, but it's well maintained, fully stocked, and has an impeccable view! Shared laundry room on site. One assigned parking space provided.
Important note on elevator outage: The elevator is out of service at this time. The date to restore operation is unknown, but lead time would put it possibility around mid-June, subject to change. This unit is located on the second floor and accessible by two flights of stairs. Call for more information or to ask about specials.

Everything was great! We actually got into town early due to our flight time and our unit was ready 4 hours early so we were allowed in. Staff were all very helpful and polite. We didn't have any issues but had a great vacation! We would definitely stay there again. Location was great, right on the beach!

This was the first time in 7yrs that my wife and I had a vacation alone without any of our children and it was amazing! Check-in and out was a breeze, the condo was perfect, and of course the beach was amazing.
