This February experience the sun, sand, sound, and sea of the Clearwater Sea-Blues Festival.
In its’ 11th year, the Clearwater Sea-Blues Festival is a great place to bring the whole family. Whether traveling near or far, you’ll enjoy the delicious seafood and soft blues the festival will bring.
Starting off the festival weekend is the 6th annual Blues Walk on February 17, 2017. Participants will walk on Cleveland Street for the famous restaurant crawl. What better way to see the city, than to experience blues and seafood? Many of the participating restaurants will have sea-blues theme menus and dinner options. Bring the entire family, a loved one, or a bunch of friends, we know you’ll have a blast!
The festival will be underway on February 18-19th. Along with great seafood from wonderful vendors, there will be lots of local Blues artists. Although subject to chance, Saturday performers include The Record Company, The Sheepdogs, The Congress, The Ries Brothers, and Bear & Robert. Sunday performers will feature Walter Trout, Sonny Landreth, Mike Zito, Selwyn Birchwood, The Betty Fox Band, and Souliz. Let the music sway you into bliss. Then hit the beach to cool off before chowing down on fresh seafood.
As this event is free, you might want to bring lawn chairs and plenty of bottled water to drink. There is also an option to purchase VIP tickets for reserved seating if you’d like!
